As we approach May the weather is pretty cold. Lets hope the warm days are coming sooner than later.
This week at the centre clients have been colouring novelty garden stakes. There were different designs, including gnomes, butterflies, dragonflies and caterpillars. We also took part in a boys and girls names quiz which we did as a group. Other activities included, word searches, dominoes, triominoes, colouring and bingo! Ann took her chair based exercise class on Wednesday. For lunch Angela cooked cottage pie with cauliflower and peas, with meringues cream and fruit for dessert. We are holding our bring and buy sale next week. All proceeds to day centre funds. Everyone welcome.

This week we held a music quiz which is always a favourite for the clients. We play 20 songs from the 50s through to the 70s and they have to write the name of the song and who performed it, one point for the song and two for the artist. As well as the competitive side we all love to listen to the old songs and some even get up and have a dance!
We held chair based exercise classes this week which everyone enjoys. Word searches are a real favourite and we can now customise them so this week we created a towns and villages near Bedford.
